I did it !!! i combined my graduation with parkrun , and just kept running through the cool down and did the 5k in 39 minutes .
9 weeks ago i was unfit and approaching 50 , i’m active but had never done any real exercise , god forbid running . But i started and W1 was hard and it got harder but i trusted the app and kept going , the best feeling ever was running for 20 mins , i can’t remember what week that was, but that’s when i really started to believe i could actually do this . And today i did ! Cannot recommend the app enough , trust it and trust in yourself . We can do this !!! 🏆

Thankyou x i haven’t come down yet ! i’ve achieved nothing else today 😂 i’m not sure what’s next , i’m going to miss the app , definatley be a parkrun regular though .
There's nothing to stop you from repeating the W9 runs, and there are others out there if you want to take it further, worry about that tomorrow, ride that high today!
