Week 6 Run 2... No more intervals!

Just finished Week 6 Run 2 - covered 4.35k in 31 mins (including the walking sections at the beginning and end) with my fastest km being 7.17! I'm not aiming for the full 5k in 30 mins but was very pleased with this!

Also weirdly happy that this is the end of the intervals, I was really in the zone at the end of the 1st 10 min run and then found the 2nd 10 mins really hard as I couldn't get back in the zone! Has anyone else found the 2nd part of the intervals harder?

Bring on Week 6 Run 3... I'm grinning like a cheshire cat.

Yay! Well done Becky 👍. I’ve just got in from my run. Unlike you, I always find the first run thehardest. By the time the subsequent run or runs come along I feel more relaxed and my breathing has settled down lol. Roll on run 3. No more intervals!! 😊

Aah, I’m grinning like a Cheshire Cat for you Becky! You’ve done brilliantly. I didn’t mind the interval it’s the run without it that I’m a little nervy about, but it’s all about progress! Go you!! 👏🏽👏🏽❤️❤️❤️
