still had a bit left at the end so carried on for a bit - 30 mins again- just to see if I could.

I've an old knee injury and its playing up on downhill parts, does anyone have any tips for exercises to help strengthen it?

good luck to everyone heading out for a run this morning.

Well done running that longer run.

My advice would be just avoid hills 🤣

If you google “knee strengthening exercises” there is a ton of advice out there but I have no clue. I’m the cheerleader; the physio is coming soon.

I like Jay66 response, avoid down hill!

For those knees, I think it's the quads that need strengthening, check out all the suggestions on this site and NHS Choices, there's loads of info around. And well done for the 30 mins.

I've been doing some thigh stretches and have just googled a few more. I think I may have to bite the bullet and splash out for some new runners as I'm currently sporting a pair of child cast-offs...
