after the technical glitch on W6R1 I completed run 2 with my best average split at 7.51/km with 4K in 31 mins! Chuffed with that!!!

Congrats!! I have just done exactly the same run, pretty much identical distance and my best split being 7.17/km! No more interval runs for us!

Well done!!! Eek it’s a bit scary but already planning a new route because I ended up going round in circles today!
