Did it..... can’t believe I have got to this stage running 25minutes.... and had a bit of a smile on my face coming to the end of it!!!!! Can’t lie the first 5mins were really hard as usual but once I got over that I was ok.... slow but ok. I am soooo happy. 🏃‍♀️🤗🏃‍♀️🤗🏃‍♀️👍

Thanks for sharing your success - I’m off for that one later. I’m always smiling at the end as I imagine a park run after graduating and crossing a finish line. In my head I have the hubby and kids cheering me on and can get quite emotional. It’s amazing how far you’ve come x
