My app failed half way through my second running interval, I've no idea how long I'd been running for when I noticed. What a ball ache! I then had to stick the stop watch on my phone and do it that way.... And to make matters worse I'd decided spontaneously that I was confident enough to mix it up and change route, to run through my local park and go 'public' instead of round and round it, so I was navigating roads, bridges, locks, gates.. not a satisfactory morning. I live in such a beautiful town and it was a beautiful morning but I couldn't appreciate it because I was faffing with my phone. Such a shame I was really looking forward to it. 😐
On the plus side however, I did complete the run despite the hiccup. And I passed a lot of people without feeling silly. I was proud of myself out there running in public.

Thank you. On reflection It was actually really nice to see people out for a morning walk and to be able to greet them without embarrassment, that's a biggy for me. I knew I had to the the park at some point, before I got bored of running round in circles.
