Loved my run this morning. I may be slow but I don't care, I can run 5k! Graduated a couple of weeks ago and setting myself the target of 5k rather than focusing on time 😊

Thanks 😊 so glad I'm enjoying it. I've never been one for exercise but this has totally changed that!
