Pleasantly surprised with week 3. Wasn’t sure I’d finish the end of the second 3 minute run, but I did each time and felt fairly comfortable about it.
Still can’t quite believe I’ll ever make it to 30 minutes solid running, but I can already notice the difference from week 1, and the lovely humans on this forum are quite convincing!
Treated myself to some new running leggings to congratulate myself!

Well done! I start W3 tomorrow and was feeling a bit apprehensive when I had a peak at it ... I too can’t believe I’ll ever get to 30 minutes but it does seem to work!
