I’m 30 minutes back from W2R1 - what a sense of accomplishment! After not feeling ready to progress to week 2 I took the advice of the more experienced C25Kers and decided to trust myself to do it.

No stops, each run done and I didn’t collapse through the door in a heap when I got home! I took the earlier advice to heart and each run was done at a very gentle jog, barely above walking pace, but still getting my heart beating and letting my legs know they were working harder than they have for a good long time. The strange thing was that each 90 second run seemed no longer than the 60 second runs from week 1. Oh, and the rain helped!

Thanks to everyone that encouraged me to head into week 2 - I really appreciate your support.
