Cramp cramp cramp help

I always get really bad cramp in one leg after running I do stretch before and after.... and tips advice ???

Don't stretch much beforehand, do dynamic excercises to start warming up, and definately stretch after the runs. See the link below for good advice.. and the link Livewell pages within that regarding stretching..

I'm no 'physio' and although I use a tread mill now rather than outdoor running, I found that basic (gentle) stretching before and after helps, but what I also do is after completing my tread mill work out is I do a gentle walk for another couple of minutes just to let my legs settle down, before the final stretch out. As I say I'm no physio but I used to do this at football training and have carried on this practice and 'touch wood' no cramps.

you should do a warm up, some stretching nothing heavy, and after your run do a cool down, a couple mins walk with some stretching again, but don't just stop
