And so into week 9!

Can’t believe I’m here within touching distance of graduation! Week 9 run 1 for me this morning and something has definitely shifted after the last run - I think I’ve finally got my mind under control because I knew from the start today that I could make the 30 minutes, there was no worry about not getting through it. It was going to happen and that was that. Even in the tough bits in the middle ( hot flush on an incline 😮) stopping was never an option. I had to slow right down in the middle, but picked up again towards the end. I lost Laura soon after the start, but luckily I’d got map my run at the end of week 8 so I kept an eye on the time from that. Having said all that, I was glad when the 30 mins were up 😬! 5k is out of my reach within 30 mins for now, but I managed 4.2 this morning which I’m sooooo happy with. Looking forward to the next one ....
