Just completed Week 4! Did somebody say it gets easier? 🙆🏾‍♀️🙆🏾‍♀️🙆🏾‍♀️🙆🏾‍♀️ Not for me and I have learnt to slow down but still by the time

Michael Johnson says ‘you have just one minute to go’ I feel like crying with relief that it’s all over! I guess when you weigh 115kg (18st) it’s never going to be easy! Now I have to start Week 5 today! Wish me luck!

You should find the runs through each week get slightly easier, but every new week you are being stretched. If you went back and ran, say, W2 you’d find it really easy compared to when you did it a couple of weeks ago.

Not necessarily easier but.... you do get stronger. You are doing wonderfully!

Take it as slow as you like and then slow down... relax and think of how totally awesome you are for even thinking of doing this.... you are, if you link this with a really great healthy eating regime, going to feel finer and fitter!!!

Warm up well, stretch after each and every run...pop in some strength and flex too on rest days... ( your strength and stamina need to build up too).

A huge well done to you!

Keep it slow and keep it steady, we are right there running with you:)
