Him, Im currently trying to start the c25k again. I did it 2 years ago but was but on medical restrictions for 18 months. I did wk1 day 1 last week (did better than I thought I would) but I got huge blisters and haven't been able to try again. Any advice on blisters please

Blisters are down to lots of things - socks and shoes can be big among them. Where on your feet are you getting them?

I got them on my heals - if anything my trainers are too small a I have very large feet (size 9 ladies)

I think you may have answered this yourself in that your shoes may be too small. I take a 5.5 - 6.0 shoe but my running shoes are a 6.5. It’s worth getting measured for running shoes.

Are you wearing proper running 🏃🏽‍♀️ trainers? Check on line and for running trainers either for indoors or for outdoors depending where you are running; I prefer Asics or New Balance and have never had blisters even when they are brand new
