How to keep myself from gorging and ruining the 10lbs I've already lost? Kit on, earphones in, music blaring, Zombies chasing me. Perfect.

But you know what's even better? Shaving another 5 minutes off my last Personal Best!

my goal of 5k in 40 minutes or less is looking more like a possibility and less like a daydream.

Yay me!

It was you that I got the idea of zombies from! I remembered reading your posts from when I was in the first few weeks I think. I did my first one yesterday! It was really good fun 😃 well done for your PB and losing 10lbs ... hope it wasn’t from the zombies biting you 🤣🤣

You get really attached to the characters, even the ones who only show up now and then (spoiler: be ready to have your heart broken at least once in Season 1) but i’m glad you’re enjoying being Runner 5 too 😁

And nope, I think the 10lbs is from all the “terror sweat” I shed during a mission Seems mentally repeating “please don’t let me get bitten!” really helps you shed those pounds and ounces.
