Slow but sure.

So I'm getting there slowly but surely, I'm plodding through my early morning run and although I hate it and it's tough and I ask why the hell I'm doing it, I actually love it too. And can't wait for the next run. But the breathing is a problem. I feel I should be carrying an oxygen tank with me. Lol. Does the breathing get better and easier??

Not sure which week your on but my breathing seemed to start setting down once I got up to 8 minutes and beyond. Keep at it! 👍🏽

Best way to cure the breathing is to slow right down.

I feel if I slowed down I'd stop. Lol

Yes the breathing does get easier in my experience. It just seems to fall into place. But I still do some serious huffing and puffing & sound like I'm going to deliver right there in the gym 😂

It will get better in time, really it will. Your lungs are getting a really good workout and you really are getting fitter as you go. It will just suddenly seem to be less work one of these days 👍
