Hi I am on W7r2 just completed the running time is up to 25 mins

I feel like I am dying but am determined to do this ,the runs are much harder now cos they are straight 25ms no walk in between

I gave up smoking 4 weeks ago have smoked for nearly 40 years and I’m asthmatic (shame)

I sure my body is in shock never been to a gym in my lifetime

If I can do it so can you

Keep going

Good luck to you Paula, keep going, I am sure you will complete C25K in the 9 weeks the program is on, you will also benefit from not smoking with a healthier body and mind and of course all that money you are saving not smoking, what is it now for a 20 packet of fags?, around a tenner, £70 saved a week.

Well done! Great to read that.

I’ll let you into a secret. We ARE all dying! But it’s what we manage to do before that happens that matters!

Enjoy your next run!

First, a huge well done for having the determination to make such big life changes. 😀

Second, if you feel like you are dying, then you are going too fast. Just go gently and slowly for now while your body adapts 😃
