If you've not felt nausea before you shouldn't feel it now. Several options - you went too quickly, weren't hydrated enough, hot weather. So, slow down (yes you can go slower), make sure you are continually hydrated throughout the day (at least a couple of litres a day, more in hot weather. If you're not used to drinking that much you may be peeing for England and getting up in the night but by little and often your body adapts and it all evens out). When it's hot try to run at cooler times and keep to shade, wear a hat. If none of that answers or resolves this, get medical advice.

Thankyou for your answers apparently there is a sickness bug going round I think I have had that.!!

I'm always hydrated that's one thing I always do.

Forgot the obvious - a bug 😊. Nice to know you're good with hydration though, it's so easy to let it slip, and it will have helped to combat the sickness bug. Hope you're soon back to fighting fit.
