Week6 completed

These weeks are flying by! It seems no time at all since I completed week 1 and was so thrilled with my progress . I'm amazed at myself . I actually ran for 25 minutes without stopping. 😅 This programme is absolutely brilliant and the support on here is just unbelievable . So much support and advice. My next run isn't until Thursday now and it won't be my usual route as I will be staying with my daughter in Norfolk. Just hope I can find a route that suits me and I can continue with my progress towards graduation.

That's true . Although I run by a canal in Yorkshire and that's not too bad
