MJ let me down tonight. My legs and chest screaming for the bell, and where was he??? Paused in my pocket, the app telling me I still had 24mins to run.....what’s that all about??? Take his medals off him....

Luckily I had a run-mapping app also running, and used that.

The run itself? Well, after the first five minutes or so, which were HELL, I settled into it and didn’t find it too awful. Amazingly.

Ended up running 4.2km. That’s like a marathon, right??

Can’t believe it. So chuffed......

Well done. That’s definitely like a Marathon. Or a Snickers.

Lol well done! I learned the hard way too - I ended up doing 15 mins on an 8 min session a few runs ago 🙄 I now set the iPhone timer as I start - just in case!

I also did W6R3 today and it wasn’t so bad - I wasn’t expecting that sprint at the end tho! But Sarah told me I’d done ‘reely reely well, pet’ so it’s all good 😂 See you on W7R1 👍🏼

I had the same issue this morning on W6R2 - got to where I thought I should have been after the last 10 minute run (I do pretty much an out and back) and Sarah had been silent for ages. Checked the app to be told I still had 9 minutes 54 to run! Luckily had Strava running so I think I completed it! 4.3k 😃
