Up until now it has been a bit of a breeze not including my battle with the PF. Last week (Wednesday) I breezed through the 8/8 runs no problem, felt like I could have gone again. Longer brake than normal due to the Ramadan hols then back in the gym today. 20 mins I struggled with, was struggling after 2 mins but kept thinking I will settle in but it never happened. All the way through was hard, nearly threw the towel on several occasions but didn't. Not sure why, breathing did not settle, HR higher than usual and never seemed to get in the groove. Came home, ice pack on foot, and fell into deep sleep! WK 6 here I come but less positive than I have been so far

Well done. The continuous running is different - you’ll find it again with the interval runs for W6R1 and R2. All you can do is slow down.

Keep positive - all of this is completely achievable. Take the rest steady and you will be fine.
