I was out with the wife this morning doing her w5r3, it was hot n breezy, very nice though, we took the run slow n steady(there's a clue) and all was fine! You must never give up, maybe postpone a run, some runs are like that, but, you got through, well done! If it was just the mind telling you then push on through..
