Thanks to all and C25K program to find out a fighter in me ... now I m feeling like I can do 30 min run .. 5 k in 30 min it will be a long time , but 30 min .. with the guidance and support here I can do .

Everyday I am pushing myself and getting the reward of successfully completing the program.

I found out my max heart rate is more than dumb rule of 220 - age .. so i can push further without any pain in chest.

Now I am working more and more for rest day preparation .. like strengthening and relaxing muscles ... etc Bcas these things will only help me to keep running longer and longer ..

Once again thanks everyone.

BTW running in rains is awesome and the weird look (or I say look stating why can’t I do this) on face of people watching me run in rain while hiding themselves in some shelters is priceless 😊😊😊
