Coastal winds

Living on the coast is beautiful. The views are idyllic and running on the prom is normally a Breeze

This morning I did week 8 run 2. And oh my goodness me it was windy. I decided to run towards The iconic Midland hotel and for most of the time the windwas behind me so slightly easier than normal ,but it's when the coastline curves and there's a slight wind pocket and the wind is blowing at you and behind. Oh my goodness me it was tricky. .

Then at some point you have to turn round to run back , from here on I decided it was hard work , but I managed it and ran a little longer to . But overall a another one done . Only four more to go . Xxx

Well done for continuing despite mother nature’s best efforts. I remember walking in Cornwall once and the wind was so hard I had to sit down to avoid being blown over.

Enjoy the last few runs. The podium is being cleaned for you as we speak.
