Wk1 Complete!

I've just finished the 3rd run of week 1. I'm glad that I persevered and can complete the runs without feeling defeated. I've also noticed that at times my pace is picking up slightly which I feel is a good sign

Well done TallulahTot!! Well done. I think part of the joy of doing this is not giving in, when there are some valid reasons to leave it alone, whether for the day or for the whole experience, but saying no to the doubts and carrying on just to see what can happen! You’ve done that! You’re brilliant! You can do it! ❤️

Well done on progress so far. However, don't worry about your pace for now. Slower than a slow thing that is slow is the pace to aim for. However if you do quicken up a bit you will probably slow down again later in the programme as the longer runs are run at a slower pace (as a general rule forget 5k in 30mins - not many folk manage it, the aim is to run non-stop for 30mins - very achievable).

Here's some excellent info (apologies if you've read it already)
