Need to get fit again and lose weight so I've decided to do the couch to 5k training program. I used to be a competitive runner and I've run the London marathon 5 times but that was some years ago now. I've recently took early retirement and am living in Thailand, so lack of work means added weight. All my runs will be done early morning as it's very hot anytime after 8am. Any hints, tips or questions welcomed.
