Not feeling this week 9 thing. I’m loosing the love. Had an amazing wk 8 run. Don’t know what’s different. Just feeling negative about running in general. Anyone else had this?

Hi Laura, every run is different. Sometimes its a breeze and I get into a nice rhythm, some days I wheeze like a broken boiler and have to really try hard to finish the time.
I do think as the runs get longer its as much about what is happening in your head as much as your legs.

Don't let your feelings about running be coloured by one or two runs. As you run for longer you will find that there are good runs, bad runs and ok runs. That's just the way it is. You are still very new to this game so I would say give it six months and if you still don't like it, try something else

I find when I lose motivation a little break for the usual fitness routine helps

I have been through it too. I graduated about 2 weeks ago and have had big ups and downs. I started getting fed up but got a new sound track and stuck with it. I don't really have an answer but I focus on how much my body and fitness have changed for the better. Also I spent £100 on trainers so I feel like I have to commit, lol
That’s a very short time to be feeling “off” - so it’s much too soon to be put off! 😀
Try a new route or new music/ podcast to bring something fresh to your next run. 😃
