The endorphins hit me at 18 minutes today and I finally found a rhythm. I even managed to sprint for the last 30 seconds. Starting to feel like me again. Managed 4.5 km including warm up and warm down. Feel less unsure about weeks 7-9 now. Good luck everyone. Crossed fingers to stay injury free. Anyone else at similar point thinking about other activity on rest days to tone and strengthen?

ooh well done! Sounds like a great run! Keep it steady and keep that injury risk down. As for rest day activity, there's lots of things people do. I've done yoga for years so I continue to do that and some other days just make sure I do some walking, housework etc. Lots of people do swimming, cycling, pilates ... many choices!
