Back on it after a calf strain

Had to take a 5 week rest to heal a nasty calf strain on a week 6 run... new running shoes were the problem.

So changed shoes, started again at week 1 and all good so far! Feeling a bit nervous as I was ina lot of pain but optimistic and redoing the weeks is great... and much easier than the first time around!
