Well did run 2 this morning. It was not my best. I got a stitch for the first time and my legs just felt so heavy. Anyway I kept on going and completed but boy was I tired when I got home. Hope run 3 goes better than that on Monday . 😳

Well done on completing it. I did mine's on Thursday and felt the same heavy legs n was a real mental battle to do the run esp when running into the wind. Good luck for run 3 x

Heavy legs feeling can be caused by dehydration.

For a stitch slow down and breathe out quickly - like a breathy β€œ ha” sound - a few times. πŸ˜„

Thank you. I'll try that if it happens again. I think you could be right about the dehydration. I didn't drink enough water on Friday.
