So having completed the whole 9 wks & injuring my Achilles in wk 9 r2&3, the physio has given me 3 months rest/calf excersises and told me to start again from wk 1! Off I went - even with no running for 3 mths it was much easier this time than last! Quite fun to see the improvement from the 1st time I tried this! In fact the very 1st time was 2017, where I had repeat each wk twice before moving on & gave up after 6wks (wk3 on the app) as it was way too hard - so keep going or trying peeps who are finding it hard - you will get there ...
