26 runs without injury now, feeling so much stronger, fitter and healthier. This really is an amazing programme and thanks to this forum and the administrators so much help and advice along the way.

Beach 🏖 🏃‍♂️ this morning was into a strong headwind on the way out (again!) but great coming back. Mizzle too meant a soaking but refreshing and invigorating 👌😉😀💨☔️Absolutely loved it 👍👍😉

Last beach 🏖 run though for the time being as back to Blighty tomorrow
