Hello All, just completed week 6 run 2, felt a bit knackered at the end, in the 20 minutes running I ran 4.2 km, I think I need to slow it down a bit for the run 3 and the 25 minute run. Gonna try and make 5 km's though as I cannot help myself! Really getting the bug and looking forward to wearing my trainers out so I have an excuse to purchase some new ones...

Happy running!

Slow down! Don’t push things at this early stage or you’ll do yourself a mischief.

The aim is to complete each session, you can work on going faster when you’ve succeeded in getting stronger 💪🙂😃👍

Good luck. Have fun 😃

Yes I am sure you are right and in the past I have done myself a mischief, but this programme has forced me to build up much more gradually than I have done previously. At the moment I am feeling strong, but I do take your advice, so thank you.

Yup, the gradual build up is what makes this programme so successfu in getting almost anyone running for 30 minutes

To keep running beyond the programme we follow the same format.

Have fun 😃👍
