Can’t believe I have done this!!!!! Was really apprehensive heading out and yes as usual the first 3-4 minutes of running was so hard but then I got my rhythm. So happy 🤗🤗. Had to laugh when my coach said well done that’s it finished and I realised I was directly outside a Funeral Home 😂😂Don’t know if that’s a sign or what🤪🤪 lets see what W6 has to test me with.

Hi littlerua, Well done you! Congratulations! 20 minutes without stopping! Great! I clearly remember W5R3! Raising a hand ,or was it two, above my head in delight!? Well I thought that I remembered it clearly and now I realise that it isn't quite as clear as I thought! All the best for your onward running journey.
