Well that was tough🙁 had a break of 2 days from the last run,and boy do I feel it. It's like how I first felt at week 1 run 1. Definitely not leaving another two days in between runs... here's 2 week 3 Run 2 on Friday👍🏻👍🏻

My wife did w5r2 yesterday after a break of a week from w5r1 and didn't have a problem, she does keep well hydrated and has done c25k before..

2 days break shouldn’t make you feel worse! One 2 day break a week is good. It’ll be either you went too fast, weren’t hydrated, or was just one of those runs.
