After my 2nd run had muscle pains in my thighs so yay some improvement is happening 😊 Resting day sorted that out.

Just came home from my 3rd run and gosh I was sweating like hell!

Also got burning sensation after my 2nd minute of running but kept breathing and walking the same speed and the feeling went away.

Now just rest, hydration and some extra protein in. I have 2 scheduled power walks still for this week and will leave for my holiday to Finland next Monday for 2,5weeks. Will pack my running gear with me but to be seen how strictly I’m able to follow my plan. I am very determined and stubborn though so should be fine. 😊

Anyways, so far so good. πŸ’ͺπŸƒπŸ½β€β™€οΈπŸ‘

Thanks 😊 yes I am stretching, learned my lesson years ago about not doing it.

I have also noticed that cause I always finish my runs with 10-15mins walk it helps a lot. Not that much lactacids stuck in the muscles πŸ‘
