[F1ipperation]

Decided to get up and run 🏃‍♂️ early b4 the sun makes an appearance - it is cloudy with a constant Atlantic wind today. I decided to run into the wind 💨 on the way out - it started as hard going but with a tail wind on the way back, much easier and helped by a Cheshire Cat sized grin knowing I could do the 30mins, something I could have only dreamed about 2 months ago ! 😀😃😉 Keep going at whatever stage you’re at !!🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🤸‍♀️🤸‍♀️

Thanks, yes it’s a fantastic beach and no groynes to hurdle!! How’s the post grad running 🏃‍♀️ going?

Definitely don’t need hurdles in the run! Post grad running is going slowly but surely 🐌 I am actually just enjoying the fact that I can run for 30 minutes it’s still a novelty 😃😃 you’re nearly there 🏃‍♂️
