Pheeeeeewwww πŸ˜“πŸ’¦πŸ’¦πŸ’¦πŸ’¦πŸ’¦ easy? Definitely not! The 90 second run πŸƒπŸ½β€β™€οΈ I do it in speeds 6.5-7.5 on the treadmill! The three minutes I had to do it between speeds Of 5.5 - 6.5 πŸ™†πŸΎβ€β™€οΈπŸ™†πŸΎβ€β™€οΈπŸ™†πŸΎβ€β™€οΈπŸ™†πŸΎβ€β™€οΈπŸ™†πŸΎβ€β™€οΈ! I managed to finish the whole and was pleasantly surprised that it finished quite quickly! I don’t know how the hell I am going to managed Week 9 if I am struggling with running for 3 minutes! Praying πŸ™πŸΏ it will get easier 😁😁😁😁

Just keep your pace slow esp if struggling to breath. How fast you run doesn't matter as long as you still doing the running movement.

The programmes great I struggled with the 90 sec runs but managed 20mins on sun along the waterfront just stick with it n believe in yourself.

If i find a run hard I change my route to distract me but I've never run on a treadmill I like to be outdoors god knows where I'm gonna run in winter πŸ˜‚.

Not necessarily but the good news? You get stronger with each and every run.

Keep it steady and keep it slow:)

Well done!

Well done on completing. I'm doing this for the second time after graduating 2 years ago then letting my running slide about a year ago πŸ˜• I did W3R1 last night.

At this stage you do wonder how you'll ever run for 20 / 30 minutes but trust the plan it works! I must admit I tried a treadmill last time for bad weather days and found it so much tougher. I think it was the monotony. Running outside seems to have a sense of purpose and the time goes much quicker.

Sounds good. I won’t lie and say it gets easier, but weirdly it doesn’t get harder. I’m on the treadmill too, and get caught up with the speed setting. I’m trying to not think about it too much. I’m guessing after people finish the course then start seeing improvements in pace.

I’m at the same stage & was dreading the 3 min runs but got through them. It definitely gets very slightly easier every run. Onwards!
