3 lots of 5 minutes seems a lot.

Just take it nice and steady. Remember when a whole 3 minutes without stopping seemed a long time? If you completed w4 ok you’re ready for this step up. And when I mean ‘completed ok’ I really do just mean did you manage it? without stopping, or having a medical emergency. Trust the plan, believe in yourself, drink lots (but not too close to your run) stick some distracting tunes or a podcast on your earphones and go for it. You’ve got this.

Delight...not dread.... anticipation not apprehension.

One slow and steady step after another. That is all you need... Take it gently:)

I’ve just completed it and I’m so surprised how it was more a mental challenge than a physical one like my trainer said. Felt good. Got W5R2 on Friday which is 8 minutes running but I’m not even going to stress over it.

Don't dread it, be positive.

You are ready for it! Trust the programme!! (Reminding myself that as I face a full 20mins today!)

I’m all done now, was pleasantly surprised. Good luck for your full 20 minute run 👍

You’ve already done two lots of five minutes in week 4. You’re just replacing two three minute runs with an extra five minute one :)

It wasn’t half as bad as I expected. All done now till Friday 👍

And on Friday you only do one minute more running (16 instead if 15) and one minute less walking (15 instead of 16).

It sounds scary but if you do it slowly and don't speed up, 5 mins will go by really quickly. I know is about 1.5 sound track
