Just completed week 5 run 1 and didnt findit too bad just wondering if anyone has any tips on trying to breathe properly as i seem to struggle to keep breathing regularly ie is it best to breathe in through your nose or mouth

Also week 5 run 3 looks very daunting 👹

Well done you... breathing?

Slow down and just do it, as you do all the time. Do not overthink it.... like blinking; if you focus on it too much you try to do it.... see that made you blink :)

If you are struggling, just slow down more:)
