I confess I’m a Total couch potato.

I’m on my first week and completed my third session. I’m age 44- 6,2 -18 stone, I’m no runner but even I can do it I won’t lie it’s not easy but it is doable.

The app is Great, words of encouragement its like having your own personal trainer, without the cost. it’s helping me have that can do attitude. The fear of ill health I prefer to have discomfort in getting fit rather that fat and ill and unable. Good luck to anyone out there like me, let’s do it.

Good post from you Torode, very inspiring as you say to anyone like yourself, good luck with your C25K training, just take all the runs as they say slow and steady.

Great post Torode and welcome to the forum. Starting this programme is an exciting step and the programme really works. I started it nearly 2 years ago at 53 having never ever run before and while recovering from breast cancer. I am now able to run long distances and feel so much fitter and happier because of it.

Good luck 😀
