week 9 run 3 done but with a twist...

Last night was my last run for c25k and my final 30 minutes. We rolled up to the track to be told that they'd miscounted and that this was going to be our first 5k - 12 1/2 laps. What a shock! I still followed the lovely Laura although I did a couple of walk laps to make sure I could get through to the end without a complete collapse. I was the second-to-last person to finish but I didn't care. I'd done the full 5k.
