Graduated.....Again!

So this morning I went out on my w9r3, and throughly enjoyed it, no gazelle, but I am pleased!

This is my second time in graduating (took Autumn and Winter off, fair weather runner,😆)

I have signed up for the Spitfire 10k in September to give myself a goal.

This program works, for all those that are sceptical or struggling, keep the faith!

I'm like you - graduated last summer and even graduated from 10k before stopping all winter. Don't like cold or rain or running in thd dark early mornings. But I started again recently and back to WK8r2 and finish next week. Really rediscovered my joy in completing each week again albeit slowly and early morning runs are almost pleasurabe!
