Well that was interesting. I set off as usual (6am), after the 5 minutes walk, at as slow a pace as I could call running. I kept that up for 2 km, but then my legs got heavy going slightly uphill. When I turned round to go back I was able to strike a proper running pace and keep it going right to the end. At the time I thought it was great. Now I see the slope, I see what it was. Still, good start to the week.
