Stiff knee - help!

I am on week 6 and loving it! Who knew! Only problem is I’m experiencing a stiff/sore right knee and am worried it’s gojng to stop me running. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you!

Hi

Not an expert but-

If it’s a chronic problem seek medical advice. If it’s not that bad the IC (injury couch) is the best place for you.

Thats where i am. Probably not a good thing to aggravate it by continuing.

See how it feels in a couple if not three days time.

Ice pack and elevate if its swollen.

I thought that would be the case ☹️ I’ll rest for a few days and see how it goes. I’m just Worried I’ll lose the progress I’ve made especially getting to week 6. I’m guessing I won’t be able to pick up where I left off and will need to start again on an earlier week.
