Even a journey of 1,000 miles starts with just one step.
When I did w1 day 1 I thought I would collapse in a soggy heap.. just done w3 r 1 to my own amazement. Keep going .. listening to podcasts helps to take your mind off it !!! And it really does seem to work ( so far !!)

I didn't quite believe I would be able to run 5 k but 9 weeks on , yesterday I did a park run. Now I came 362/372 but I jogged the whole way !!
You will be able to do this , just stick with it, listen to your body.
Things may twinge and hurt so be sensible and rest between. I still have that first 5 /10 mins of my whole body screaming "stop for goodness sake what r u doing!! " but it's almost as if then goes...." oh ok , we're doing this now are we !"
