Week 4 run 3. A change of scenery

I've swapped the lanes of Shropshire for the Swiss Alps. The altitude (4,200 feet) doesn’t seem to make any difference, but the hills certainly do! Anyhow, that's week 4 done. Nice weather for running, and the scenery isn’t too bad either.

Wow, that looks stunning. I'm quite envious, I love a good tourist run. And what an achievement, managing hills at this point in your running journey. Well done. :-)
