Sad goodbye

I have 2 runs left, excited but sad. I have to say goodbye to Michael! My daughter cried too when she graduated. Surely he’ll miss me!!

I had Laura with me through C25K and when I gradated I was so reluctant to say goodbye that I ran with her for a couple more weeks just while I got my confidence up. I really felt I would flounder without her wise words of encouragement. I then weaned myself off her support with a fe well chosen tunes in a playlist, but went back to her for the C25K+ podcasts.

Later on (after several weeks) I then got my fix with Sami Murphy and her Bridge to 10K podcasts.

Good luck for the next two runs.

You can always bring him back when you need a pick me up. I still do with Laura, years later.
