W3R1 - Back to the mornings (and a bit of ankle pain 😩)

After a couple of afternoon / evening runs as part of week 2 it felt good to go back out before 5am today 💪🏻

At first I thought I was going to regret the decision of just a t shirt, a lot cooler today than I’ve ever ran which felt great. Also felt good to come back in only slightly sweating compared to my normal buckets - but that’s probably due to the cooler weather and slower pace than the fact I’m getting fitter 😂

It felt good until after I’d done the first 3 minute run, then I started to get aches around both my ankles as soon as I stopped running. My left one died down but my right was still there - I ended up doing quite a slow walk down compared to what I normally do. I’m starting to think it is down to flat footed ness - but don’t know how to fix it?
