Just need to put it out here that I have just ran for 20 minutes ๐Ÿ˜†. I am so chuffed!! I know it's not much in the scale of things but to a 46 year old woman who struggled to run for 60 seconds, I feel AMAZING!! Thanks to all the people that commented on my 'woe' posts before, you're all a great support.

Hang on, love!! W5R3 is huge in the scale of things cos it's the big psychological run. It's the point where the little voice in our head says "Know what? I'm a runner". Well done you!! Top tip: take W6 really gently. It's caught lots of us out.. Keep on truckin ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

You are so right!!! I'd read that this was the case and thought I'd take it steady. However, I did the first run of week 6 on Saturday and I nearly had to stop! I'd never felt so bad since I started my running journey. Only thing keeping me going was you guys. This thing really gets you doesn't it? Run 2 later, fingers crossed ๐Ÿ˜Š
