Lovely morning run on the prom

I last run on Tues morning and because I was going away today I chose Sunday as my next run. Then in bed last night I thought to myself sod Sunday I'm going to start week 7 in the morning.

So up I got week 7 run 1. Brisk walking up to the prom and whoosh I'm off taking in the idiotic view . Once I forgot about running the breathing then becomes very natural.

Looking at the scenes all different horses and foals in a field one side of me and seabirds lined up on the edge of the tide to the other side. Really beautiful. Loads of dog walkers about and new mums pushing their new borns in the spring morning sunshine. Even the lady with the dog in a baby sling strapped to her chest didn't faze me .

So here I am with another run in my stride and I can now go away for a few days and enjoy myself and run again Sunday morning on my return. Happy little runner 🏃🏃🏃♥️

Well done Deborah, sounds like a really lovely early morning run, well worth fitting an extra run in before you set off today (exactly what I did last week, in fact).... and am very jealous of all those on here who live by the sea!
